I will be teaching this concept Tuesday morning to our technicians at our bi-weekly Up-front Meeting. We'll explore the WHAT, HOW AND WHY of what we do. I'm going to ask the question, "Why do we do what we do?" We'll see what their answers are and determine whether or not their answers are consistent with our mission statement. This should be fun and interesting.
